RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Bian Labs is dedicated to providing you the best customer experience possible. Only products purchased on www.bianlabs.com may be returned for refund.

TIME LIMIT ON UNOPENED RETURNS

You may return most new, UNUSED and UNOPENED items within 14 days of the delivery date to receive a store credit. Store credit will be issued after confirmed returned delivery of your items along with the associated invoice to our processing center. PLEASE NOTE: We only accept returns on new, unused and unopened items. Additionally we can not accept returns on sample size products. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the store credit.

REFUNDING SHIPPING FEE

Bian Labs will not pay the return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item). Bian Labs does not accept CODs for returned merchandise. In all cases, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

RETURNING YOUR ORDER BY MAIL**

Mail your return with the associated invoice to the below address. It is recommended to use a traceable shipping method via UPS, FEDEX or USPS. Bian Labs is not responsible for returns that are lost, damaged or missing in transit.

**For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery please RETURN PRODUCTS TO Bian Labs BY GROUND-ONLY SHIPPING METHODS - Certain items in your order may be considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT). Hazardous Materials are as follows: aerosol items, some alcohol-based items, items that contain contents under pressure, and others (e.g., hairspray and items containing flammable, volatile or corrosive chemicals).

REFUND POLICY

It is important to note that refunds are at the sole discretion of Bian Labs, and they may choose to apply a restocking fee to returns for reasons other than defective or inaccurate products. If a refund is approved, it will be issued less a 15% restocking fee.

It is important to review the return policy of Bian Labs before making a purchase and to keep in mind that they may have different terms and conditions regarding returns and refunds. It is also a good practice to inspect products upon receipt to ensure they are free of defects or inaccuracies and to contact Bian Labs promptly if there are any issues with the product.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

DAMAGED ITEMS

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 1.888.902.2426
