1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Bian Laboratories, LLC, doing business as Bian Labs ("Bian Labs", “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the www.bianlabs.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
2. MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS
We do not currently require a minimum order quantity.
3.30 DAY LIMITED REFUND POLICY
Given the nature of the products we manufacture, we only issue store credit on most new, unused and unopened items within 30 days of the purchase date. In order for our clients to receive the highest quality, uncontaminated products. Bian Labs manufacturers all products at the time of your order. We do not modify orders. All sales are final.
4. NATURAL INGREDIENTS
During seasonal temperature changes natural products can become thinner or thicker. We cannot replace your base if it is not the viscosity that you expected.
Natural ingredients do vary from lot to lot and thus a finished product can have slight variations in color. If these variations are not acceptable to you, then you may want to consider chemical based products. We do not accept returns due to color variations.
All of our ingredients are carefully chosen for quality and are produced under GMP Standards. Bian Labs products and manufactured at the time of order to ensure a full two year shelf life from day of purchase.
5. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR BIAN LABS TO SHIP MY ORDER?
We know that timely shipping is crucial to our loyal customers. Our goal is to ship orders in 5-14 business days after receipt of payment. Whenever an extended delay is expected in shipping your package, our Customer Service team will notify you via phone or email.
  • Note: During peak holiday times, delays may cause an overall increase in shipping times.
6. SHIPPING RATES
At Bian Labs all our shipping rates can easily be seen during the checkout process prior to placing your final order. The rates displayed are reflective of shipping and handling. In many cases, there is a large amount of packaging material that is used to ensure items are shipped safely to the customer and our shipping rates are reflective of those packaging and handling rates. In most cases you will still find that our shipping rates are drastically lower than our competition because we take great care in negotiating the best possible rates with our carriers and pass much of that discount onto our customer.
7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the items price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

We are located in Texas. Depending on your location, your order will typically arrive 1-5 business days after it is processed for most U.S residents. To keep you posted, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse that will include a tracking number for your order.
  • 8b.WHERE DOES MY ORDER SHIP FROM?
All Bian Labs orders ship from our facility in San Antonio, Texas. We never drop-ship products. By keeping all shipping in-house, we can guarantee quality, speed and accuracy in your order fulfillment. Bian Labs direct-to-you shipping model makes it convenient and affordable to get the world’s highest-quality products that we offer.
